It was an honour to be asked to make Kerrie and Jono’s wedding cake.
They first saw and tasted my work a few months earlier, when Jono’s sister Megan was married!
The elegant two tiered cake was decorated with piped dots and fresh flowers arranged by Jono’s talented mother. (former owner of ‘Blooms of Bowral’)
The bottom tier was triple layered Hazelnut and Raspberry cake with dark chocolate ganache.
The top tier was Orange and Almond Cake with white chocolate ganache.
Huge congratulations to Kerrie and Jono!
